Darcie's journey into real estate began after reading Cashflow Quadrant, a book that completely transformed her vision for the future. Inspired by the idea of building financial freedom through real estate, she pursued a career that aligned with her passion for helping others while creating lasting wealth. Since then, she has built a multi-million-dollar property management portfolio, become a top-producing Realtor, and earned recognition for her commitment to excellence.

Darcie earned an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies and graduated Cum Laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. She later attended the University of Dayton School of Law, where she was actively involved in the Black Law Student Association and the Criminal Law Association. Although she initially envisioned a career in law, she discovered that real estate offered another powerful way to advocate for people — by helping them achieve homeownership, create financial security, and build generational wealth.
